It’s always going to be a bit scary and stressful, but she helped explain the ins and outs and her team has some great contacts in mortgage lending, insurance, and various trades who helped provide estimates for repairs. I have always been a bit skeptical of how real estate representation works, but at no point did I feel like Sara did not have my best interest in mind.
